Compared to a bus or train, a car is just as quick for reaching intercity areas and ideal transport for exploring the country.

Main Routes
The main highways connecting major cities across Central Asia, such as the Almaty-Bishkek-Tashkent-Samarkand-Bukhara roads, are well maintained and fast.

Care is needed on the mountain roads, which can be blocked by snow in winter and landslides in the spring.

Car Hire
Bringing your car is not recommended due to complex customs procedures and the difficulty in obtaining fuel in some areas. The hotel's Concierge can assist with chauffeur driven car hire.
